I am an assistant professor in the School of Politics, Public Affairs, and International Studies at the University of Wyoming. I received my Ph.D. in public administration and policy at Arizona State University's School of Public Affairs and my MPA from the Romney Institute of Public Service and Ethics at Brigham Young University.

My research interests include public management, social equity, and employee well-being. I also am interested in AI in public service from the perspective of management and the pedagogy of public service. My research projects focus on questions and issues that can build my local community and support public leaders and servants in their work.

As an educator, I am focused on facilitating the development of values of public service, life-long learning, student accountability, and inclusion as part of the learning process.
