I am an assistant professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of New Mexico. I received my Ph.D. in public administration and policy at Arizona State University's School of Public Affairs and my MPA from the Romney Institute of Public Service and Ethics at Brigham Young University.

My research interests include public management, social equity, and organization and employee well-being. I work on research projects that build my local community and support public leaders and servants in their work.

As an educator, I am focused on facilitating the development of values of public service, life-long learning, and social equity and justice as part of the learning process.
